To get the free dress you have to:

(1) Change your proxy to 80.172.172.153 port 3128.
   
(to do this you have to firstly clear your browsing history, and the go to tools> options> Advanced> network> Settings> Check manual box> insert the proxy and port number and then click save.)

(2) Log into stardoll.com and click this link http://www.stardoll.com/es/contest/

(3) Turn off the proxy (settings> without proxy server.)

P.s: you won't get the items unless if you try a couple of times.
